1BRKS is a collection of four buildings, creating one destination that offers best-in-class residences, amenities, and retailers at the nexus of Fishtown and Olde Kensington. Thoughtfully designed by Coscia Moos Architecture, 1BRKS comprises restored landmarks, and contemporary new residences, imbuing olde and new. Repertoire was appointed to strategize, design and develop the brand narrative, film, photography, website, site signage, neighborhood map, and social media strategy to bring this mixed-use development to life.
